Yesterday was a HUGE win for me! For so many years I feared anything that would put my weight into question. I didn’t like flying; because I was afraid the seatbelt wouldn’t fit. I definitely didn’t ride roller coasters or take on amusement rides as I feared I wouldn’t be secure due to my size. But NOT anymore!! I was able to comfortably walk around the park all day..ride the rides with my daughter..and never have a concern about my size! Amazing what those non-scale victories will do for your mental health!
