Menopause isn’t something we often talk about, but it affects so many of us in ways that are exhausting, confusing, and isolating. Hot flashes, sleepless nights, brain fog, and mood swings can feel overwhelming, and too often women are left to navigate this season alone—or just “deal with it.”

That’s why Geri and Mariposa created Embracing the Seasons Within: A Women’s Group Menopause. This workshop is a safe, supportive space where you can explore practical tools, gain clarity about your body, and connect with other women who truly understand. And yet, so many of us just quietly “deal with it,” because society hasn’t given us the tools—or the space—to talk about it.

That’s why Embracing the Seasons Within exists. This is a hands-on workshop where we actually show you what works. Guided meditation calms your nervous system. Gentle yoga releases tension in your body. Ear Acudetox helps support hormonal balance and emotional stability. It’s not just theory—it’s practical, real, and designed to leave you feeling better in your body and mind.

You’ll also get to share, ask questions, and be heard in a safe space with other women who understand exactly what you’re going through. You don’t have to face this alone—or just deal with it.
