This two-hour sound-led experience is an invitation to slow down, soften, and rest—without effort and without expectation.
Held in Sound is not about processing or revisiting past experiences. It’s a gentle, supportive space where the nervous system can settle through grounding meditation, long-form sound bathing, and intentional silence. Everything in this experience is invitational, choice-based, and designed to help the body feel safe enough to rest.
You don’t need to do anything.
You don’t need to fix anything.
You’re welcome exactly as you are.
