Congratulations to Aveanna patient Grant on graduating from services!

Grant has been part of our Colorado family for several years, with his mom being his dedicated caregiver as part of the Colorado Family CNA Program. We have loved getting to partner with their family and witness Grant's growth over the years.

"Aveanna has been a part of our family for more years than I probably care to count," said Grant's mom. "I’m incredibly thankful for the support and patience you’ve shown during both the highs and lows of Grant’s health journey. Our family has been truly blessed over the years with wonderful people who have helped make life better. We will always be grateful for the care and kindness you’ve shown Grant and our family."
