Focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care, Life Care Center of Pueblo's in-house rehabilitation team uses state-of-the-art rehab equipment such as the AlterG® Anti-Gravity Treadmill®. Our caring team of therapists and nurses create individualized care plans for each patient and resident; these plans focus on moving forward and helping each person meet rehab goals.

Our hearts are so full after our recent workplace food drive! 💛 With so many in our community facing tough times, our amazing staff came together to donate non-perishable food items to create meal boxes for the Pueblo Nurturing Parenting Program. 📦

Because of everyone’s generosity, 15 families received the support they needed, and their gratitude reminded us why community matters so much. Thank you to everyone who helped make a difference. Together, we can continue to lift one another up. 🙌
