🍎✨ From Apple to Applesauce! ✨🍎

Our Pre-K students rolled up their sleeves and experienced a true hands-on cooking adventure! The first order of business was tasting the apples, discussing our findings, and recording the data on a visual chart. Then they turned the crank on the apple peeler, chopped slices with care, mixed in all the cozy ingredients, and watched their creation bubble away in the crock pot. The best part? Tasting the sweet fruits of their labor! ❤️

🍎🍏 Apple Everything! 🍏🍎

Our preschool friends had the tastiest time exploring all things apple today! From sweet applesauce to crisp slices, from cozy apple cider to warm apple pie 🥧—every bite was a new discovery as we compared and discussed!

Through this fun taste test, our little learners used their senses to explore textures, flavors, and smells while learning new words like crunchy, sweet, and tart! 🌟

It was a perfect way to celebrate fall and experience the delicious variety God gives us in His creation! 🍂

Let's talk about TASTE!
🍎👅 Tasting the Goodness of God’s World!

Young children use all their senses to explore and learn about the world around them—and the sense of taste is one of the most delightful! From the sweetness of fruit to the crunch of a cracker, each new flavor helps children discover God’s wonderful creations.

In our classrooms, simple tasting activities encourage curiosity, build language, and open doors for joyful discussion:
✨ “Is it sweet or sour?”
✨ “What color did God make it?”
✨ “What do you think of when you taste it?”

Through these meaningful experiences, our students are not just learning about food—they’re learning gratitude, wonder, and appreciation for the world our Creator made. 🍓🥕

Fall sensory experiences can happen through art too!

At Trinity, art time is more than just colorful fun — it’s a full sensory adventure! From squishy paint to sparkly textures and bold brushstrokes, our little artists explore sight, touch, sound, and even smell as they create. 🖌️💛

We explored fruits and vegetables dipped in paint to make fun prints on our construction paper. These hands-on experiences help children build fine motor skills, confidence, and creativity — all while having the best kind of messy, magical fun! ✨

Sensory bins are a vital part of early childhood development—encouraging children to explore through touch, sight, and sound while strengthening fine motor control, focus, and creativity.

🧸We were SO blessed to have a visit from these lovely ladies from Our Savior Church, and they even came bearing gifts! Each of our students in the Toddler Enrichment program were the recipients of a beautifully hand-stitched blanket that was theirs to keep. ❤️ From the bottom of our hearts-THANK YOU SO MUCH! 💙🩷
