On Thursday, December 11, 2025 we joyfully celebrated the holidays with our residents and their family/friends, creating unforgettable memories with sumptuous food, and heartwarming visits with Santa, his elves, and of course the Grinch!

We would like to express our deepest appreciation to Pueblo Azteca Girls Softball 14u/16u/18u and All American 14u for devoting their Sunday to sharing love, kindness, and joy with us through cookie decorating, socializing, indulging in treats, and generously gifting Christmas presents to our residents. The presence of these exceptional young individuals sparks immense delight, illuminating everyone's face with radiant smiles. We felt truly humbled and grateful to have you here. You are all gifted, beautiful, and incredible! Thank you again for your kindness. We eagerly look forward to your return soon!

It’s been an eventful week. This evening, we attended Musical Community Productions’ staging of “It’s a Wonderful Life”. On Tuesday evening, we commuted to PPIR for the “Magic of Lights” display. We always value the chance to spread cheer, especially during this time of year.

On this commemorative day, we pay tribute to the unwavering dedication of our nation's Veterans. We express our heartfelt appreciation to Captain Douglas Sykes and Captain Jeremy Bacor, both distinguished US Army Veterans, for presenting our flag. Additionally, we recognize the generosity of Allelon hospice in providing a beautiful cake and to Lisa Sykes for her melodious voice and rendition of our national anthem. Thank you Father Michael Chrisman for the prayer and blessing. To all our veterans — whether you served in times of peace or conflict, within our nation's borders or internationally — your service has had a profound and lasting impact on our nation and on each of us. Your remarkable strength, resilience, and devotion to duty continue to inspire us all.
