You've made the stellar choice of scheduling yourself a massage therapy session and we know you're excited! We are too!🤩

Once your session is booked, here is what you can expect to happen:

-Check your email 📩
This is where we send your appointment confirmations and your intake paperwork if this is your first appointment! Filling out this form allows a smooth flow once you've arrived, keeping your session time focused on treatment.

-Shower and Moisturize 🛁
Arrive feeling refreshed and clean, wear comfortable clothing. We ask that makeup be kept minimal, minimal jewelry, and no heavy fragrances. These are all measures in place to ensure a great massage therapy appointment.

-Upon Arrival 🚗
Park and check in with your therapist. Use in-office restroom if needed. Let your massage therapist know if there are any concerns you are having, i.e neck pain, lower back tension, sciatica, etc. Silence or place your phone on a vibration setting to prevent interruption.

This one is close to our hearts and we are excited to work with military veterans.

From physical injury recovery to easing the symptoms of living in "fight-or-flight" mode, our practice offers comprehensive care with functional goals to improve quality of life.

Happy 2026, y'all!!! Thank you all for your support as we have continued to grow and accomplish new goals every year. We are deeply grateful for the people we have met and friends we have made through this practice. Holding space for every one of you and getting to be a part of your self-care time means so much to us. It was a year we all seemed to really tap into slowing down and taking care of ourselves. For those of us that didn't, it felt the cycle repeated itself one or two times (I am in this category LOL). Here is to a new year of listening to our bodies, honoring our spirits, and taking a shameless break when our brains need it. 🥳
