Are you due for your CDL/DOT physical? We have same day/walk in availability to get you up to date! Plus our rates are affordable.

Things to bring to your exam:
-Drivers License
-Medication List
-Corrective Lenses if you wear them
-Hearing aids if you wear them
-Sleep study compliance report in those with OSA
-Cash/Card for payment (processing fees if paying with card)
