As we move into March, class pack pricing has shifted slightly as part of our gradual transition.

I want to share again that drop-in classes remain $20, and class packs are still a great way to save if yoga is part of your regular routine.

We often separate gut health from emotional health.

But the body doesn’t.

The gut and the nervous system are deeply connected through the vagus nerve and stress hormones. When the body lives in survival mode — hypervigilance, shutdown, chronic stress — digestion becomes secondary.

Safety comes first.

Blood flow shifts.
Stomach acid changes.
Motility speeds up or slows down.
Inflammation increases.
The microbiome adapts.

Over time, this can show up as bloating, IBS, food sensitivities, nausea, stomach tightness, or chronic digestive discomfort.

This does not mean your body is failing.

It means your body adapted.

Gut healing is not just about eliminating foods or chasing the perfect supplement routine. Those things can support — but without nervous system regulation, the body may remain in defense.

True healing involves restoring safety.

Breathing.
Resting.
Moving stored energy.
Processing emotion.
Creating moments of calm.

When the body feels safe enough, digestion improves.

The body wants to heal.

I’ve been asked a few times lately if men are welcome at my studio.

And I want to answer that clearly.

Yes. Fully. Without hesitation.

While I am a woman, and much of my marketing carries a soft, feminine energy — because that’s the lens I live through — Ren has never been about excluding anyone. I create a lot of women-centered events because I deeply understand that journey. But the studio itself has always been about something bigger.

It’s about people.

It’s about nervous systems that need to exhale.
It’s about bodies that need space.
It’s about humans who want to feel a little more connected, a little more grounded, a little more whole.

All genders are welcome here.
All identities.
All orientations.
All cultures.
All sizes.
All ages.

You don’t have to fit an aesthetic.
You don’t have to look a certain way.
You don’t have to be flexible or spiritual or experienced.

You just have to be willing to walk through the door.

Ren was built to be a place where people could land. And that hasn’t changed.

Self-love isn’t something most of us were taught.

We were taught how to be liked.
How to be agreeable.
How to be easy to love.

We learned to monitor our tone.
Soften our edges.
Apologize for our needs.
Shrink our power so others could stay comfortable.

And then we were told that loving ourselves was selfish.

But self-love isn’t loud ego.

It’s quiet alignment.

It’s saying no when your body says no.
It’s resting without earning it.
It’s telling the truth instead of performing peace.
It’s choosing yourself even when it disappoints someone else.

Real self-love can feel uncomfortable at first.

Because it disrupts patterns that kept you safe.

But the more you practice it, the more your nervous system relaxes.

You stop abandoning yourself.

You start belonging to yourself.

And that changes everything.
