Vitamin B12 comes in several forms, the best being: hydroxocobalamin, methylcobalamin & adenosylcobalamin. Methylcobalamin is the most common while adenosylcobalamin is the best tolerated and higher priced. Avoid cyanocobalamin because it does not absorb very well and has a cyanide component to it.....
