Dynamic Posture!!! Certified Rolfer of Structural Integration Rolfing Structural Integration Rolfing Structural Integration is based on the theory that we live with a constant force of gravity on our bodies.

Rolfing Structural Integration is a series of 10 sessions each lasting about 60 minutes and scheduled weekly. Rolfing Structural Integration is organized in such a way that each session builds on the work that has come before it, so that change is both cumulative and lasting. Rolfing Structural Integration helps restore balance and function after an injury, accident, or surgery. Rolfing Structural

Integration allows dancers, performers, and athletes to use their bodies even more effictively. Children also benefit from Rolfing Structural Integration.

Food for thought...
If you find you have tight shoulders and they’re making your neck disappear. Try using an old used tennis ball under your arm pits. The placement of the ball will slightly drive your shoulders back and allow them to rest over your ribs. Do one shoulder at a time for about 10-15 minutes. Relax!

By the way, you can still do things while opening up your shoulder girdle.... just reaching over your head will obviously cause you to have to chase the ball across the room!!!
