"Last week, we received an urgent call about Dilly—she had wandered into some bushes and came out looking a bit worse for wear. Her owner wasn’t sure what to do, but with a lot of conditioner and patience, we carefully removed all the burs and restored her to her beautiful self!
We were able to get her in right away because we always want to help dogs as much as we can. When we have the right tools and expertise, we couldn’t let the owner struggle with it on their own. Another 'above and beyond' moment from the fairies!" 🧚‍♀️

They are patiently waiting on their family. They said they smell freshly washed and are still a lil damp.
They did not come from here. Just helping locate their family.

Life of an animal lover

When I was 12 years old I had the absolute pleasure of being able to help (or watch) in a full line pet store, I mainly stayed in the back with the groomers and bathers, taking it all in.. This was my life for many many years.. Then one day, when I was 17, the groomer abruptly quit and I was given the opportunity to “groom” I really didn’t have the first real clue as to what I was doing, but I had books and flash cards and an amazing teacher who wanted me to succeed, and that set my career in motion. I have worked in countless pet stores in many states, I have cleaned puppy p**p and bird p**p, been bitten by ever animal you can come across in the pet industry, managed departments in petco, groomed and bathed for the bigger industry, but now the time has come for A Mutt Makeover to set roots and begin something I have been dreaming about my entire life!!!!

WELCOME!! Come in, browse my pictures, leave comments, but most importantly, bring your pet to me, for me to love too!!
