Body Shop BODY SHOP's mission is to keep you in the game of life by decreasing your pain levels and improving your fitness ability.

Shannon Measel is a Neuromuscular and Trigger Point Massage therapist (deep tissue therapist) and Fitness Trainer since 1999. He attended the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy which is an 1150 hour program that focuses on medical massage. Shannon provides services for people involved in Motor Vehicle Accidents, workman's comp injuries and people suffering from acute and chronic pain. He accept

s private pay and insurance clients. Shannon is a certified CrossFit instructor for the past two and a half years and was previously certified through the International Sports Science Association. With his knowledge and fitness experience he designs and coaches you through workouts keeping you safe while you achieve your fitness goals with functional lifting. Shannon started training in martial arts in 1993 practicing Kenpo at AKKA. In 2000 he started training in Kali with Gabe Charboneau for 8+yrs at Pacific Warrior Island Arts (P.W.I.A) which is now known as Pacific Warriors. The emphasis of his training is in knife and empty hand applications. In 2011 he started training in Krav Maga through Alliance, a branch from World Wide Krav Maga.
