Vets visits this morning for my animals. Son drove while I took care of business! I “talked” with over a dozen people this morning, sent referrals, juror letters, checked in on mamas with struggles, gotten prayer requests! Busy start to the week. Love you all!! 😍.

Self care day out of necessity today. It’s my slow season at the moment so my body has decided to rebel lol. Last night was awful! So thankful for a chiropractor with walk in availability and weekends too! Plus an amazing massage therapist that got me in last minute!!
Don’t follow my lead and wait until your body is screaming before taking care of yourself 😉
