Van Pick-up Rules and Guidelines
1. Call Family Worship Center office at 719.544.1575 on day of the meeting (Tuesday) before 12:00 p.m (Noon). No reservations will be accepted after 12:00 p.m.
2. Provide name, address, valid phone number and number of persons in your group.
Only persons on the list will be picked up. No substitutions will be allowed.
3. The van driver will text you when they are on the way and provide an estimated time of arrival. The van will then text you when they arrive. Be ready. Van will wait no longer than 5 minutes. If you are unable to receive text messages, note to have van driver call instead.
4. If you are unable to attend the meeting or want to cancel the van ride, you must notify Family Worship Center office at 719.544.1575, before 4:00 p.m. If the van driver arrives and you do not respond or get on the van, you will be suspended from van rides for 2 weeks. If this becomes a habitual occurrence, the Celebrate Recovery Leadership will have the authority to suspend van rides indefinitely.
5. If you ride the van to the meeting but have ride home or leave earlier, you must notify the van driver directly. Telling someone else to tell the van driver is not acceptable communication. If you leave or do not ride the van home without proper communication of your intent, you will be suspended from van rides for two weeks.
If this becomes a habitual occurrence, the Celebrate Recovery Leadership will have the authority to suspend van rides indefinitely.
6. If you did not ride the van to the meeting, you cannot get a ride home. The exception being if you notify the Family Worship Center office at 719.544.1575 on day of the meeting (Tuesday) before 12:00 p.m (Noon) that you only need a ride home, we can accommodate you if the van is not at capacity.
7. If you ride the van to the meeting, you must participate in the meeting. Both the lesson/ testimony and small group share.
