Fearless, Fun, and Full Send: Desiree DallaGuardia and Rachel Kutskill Take on a 6-Hour Adventure Race

At Fit Instincts, we’re all about embracing challenge, living boldly, and finding joy in the journey—and Desiree DallaGuardia and Rachel Kutskill just proved that in the most unforgettable way.

With zero training and absolutely no adventure racing experience (looking at you, Rachel!), these two jumped headfirst into a six-hour adventure race that tested grit, determination, and a whole lot of laughter. From bushwhacking and navigating unknown terrain to pushing through physical and mental limits, they approached every twist and turn with unshakable enthusiasm and team spirit.

Desiree brought her steady leadership and heart; Rachel brought fearless energy and pure determination. Together, they embodied what Fit Instincts is all about: saying yes to adventure, even when it’s a little wild, a little uncomfortable, and entirely outside the comfort zone.

They didn’t just survive—they had a blast. No medals were needed. The real victory was in the attitude, the laughter, and the bond they forged along the way.
