🎃🧘‍♀️ Stretch, Smile, and Spook a Little!

Join us for a playful afternoon of movement and mindfulness at Halloween Yoga at the Park! This free community event blends wellness with festive fun - perfect for all ages and experience levels.

👻 Costumes encouraged (but not required) - come as you are or as your favorite spooky character!
👩‍⚕️ Gentle yoga will be led by Nurse Celeste, with thoughtful adaptations available for wheelchair users.

Wednesday, October 8 at 9:00am – 4:00pm

Gain the skills needed to safely administer medications with our 8-hour QMAP course — approved by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and updated with the latest guidelines.

📍 Format: In-person classroom training with skills observation (practicum)

Covers all age groups + AED training.
- Bloodborne Pathogens – $15 add-on / $30 a la carte
Learn safety protocols and proper PPE use.

Emergency response and injector use.
