“It’s a very phenomenal program because of our team-based approach,” said Dr. Rona Knudsen, InnovAge Center Medical Director in Pueblo, Colorado. It was wonderful to hear from our local team on FOX21's Living Loving Local lifestyle program. Did you know - more than 80% of our Pueblo staff are Pueblo locals - many with families who have lived in the area for generations. We are proud to have such a compassionate group of professionals taking care of seniors and families in the community. Great job Dr. Knudsen and Pueblo physician Dr. J. Todd White! I’m excited to announce my upcoming practice location starting July 1, 2024 where I will be at Innovage Pueblo. I know that some patients will not be able to follow me, which saddens me. I have had the pleasure and honor to care for families over the last 20 years. Life circumstances have driven this need for change and I look forward to a personal time of renewal and professional time of rededication.

An alternative care option for seniors
InnovAge's Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is an alternative to nursing facilities. Seniors receive customized healthcare and social support at a nearby PACE center. Each PACE participant has a team of medical experts dedicated to providing personalized healthcare and support to help them age at home.
