In Lemuria, recouping your energetic body was very important!

They had access to, and utilized several different kinds of Healing Chambers.

From healing in the Elemental Temples, to simply giving oneself a forest bath, Lemurians used many ways to heal their physical, emotional and spiritual bodies to keep themselves alive for hundreds of years!

Simply taking a "Play Break" was a way of healing themselves from boredom or stress!
