I am shocked and also, of course!! I am currently, really feeling into sound healing, and on a drive home from work several weeks ago, I was about kicking myself for getting rid of such a powerful instrument! (I had no idea at the time)!! Then when I got a text from my cousin last week, I was elated to find out I had given it to her!! Now she happily returns to assist me!

30 Days of Self Love: MIND
Nourishment and soothing for mind as well as the body! Still healing from quite the Stomache Flu, this last week has been all about rest and compassion! Lots of naps, soothing teas, and also, still joy, wherever we get the chance!
