The new year is a time for fresh starts, and I’m excited to share that Your Brain Coach is beginning 2026 in a new location! While the space is still being finished, I’ll begin seeing clients again starting January 12.

The holidays can be joyful — and also exhausting. If you’re feeling off, overwhelmed, anxious, low in mood, or struggling with sleep, you’re not alone. Neurofeedback can help gently reset and regulate your nervous system so you can move into the new year feeling more balanced, rested, and supported.
