Teaching Little Christians (TLC) Nursery School is a ministry of Pulaski Wesleyan Church. The school is based on Christian principles with the desire that the children will gain a lifelong appreciation for learning. It is a relaxed atmosphere – structured to include language experience, music experience, creative activities, health/safety, as well as preparing children for kindergarten. Our curriculum is centered on Christian concepts found in the Bible and is adapted to each individual need and level of understanding. As a result of this flexibility, each child has the opportunity… to develop their self-esteem, to learn, to appreciate others, to create, to play, to observe, and to acquire knowledge and skills that will serve them well for a lifetime. Our ultimate goal at TLC is to meet the spiritual, intellectual, physical, emotional, and social needs of each child.

PRE K4 CLASS ORIENTATION IS FOR THE STUDENT ONLY AND WILL BE OUR ONLY FRIDAY - SEPTEMBER 5, 9:30 -10:45 A.M.. FIRST REGULAR PRE-K4 CLASS DAY WILL BE MONDAY SEPTEMBER 8. (9:30 - NOON).

Being our last full week of TLC for the year, Monday and Tuesday were Rest Day / Pajama days. We started both days playing outside on the new playground and took a break to enjoy Icy pops before resuming play . Back inside we washed up and had popcorn and a movie , ending the day with a few circle time songs/ games. Wednesday and Thursday we started with outdoor playtime . Back inside we washed up and had ice cream sandwiches before a bus came from Pulaski bus garage . “Miss “Melissa shared with us about bus safety and we took several trips around the parking lot in the bus .Thank you “Miss Melissa and “Miss “ Amber ! It was fun and informative.
