Our Pulaski team recently rolled up their sleeves and volunteered at The Shelter, Inc.! They helped organize and deliver supply donations, including toilet paper and washcloths, to restock the shelves in their basement, and they look forward to continuing to support them throughout the year. 💪💜

Thanks to their fundraising efforts and generous donations from our patients, they were able to raise a total of $1,872 plus supply donations for The Shelter, Inc.! 🙌

Over the weekend, several of our STAR clinicians attended our COMT Program course titled "Exercise Rationale for Manual Therapists," led by our Manual Therapy Specialist, David Sheer, DPT, MOMT, FAAOMPT!

The course focused on the concept of exercise as medicine, highlighting how each musculoskeletal injury needs the right "dosage" of exercise to heal effectively. Whether it's ligaments, muscles, cartilage, or discs, all require proper stimulation through exercise to support tissue repair and achieve optimal patient outcomes.

We're proud to invest in our clinicians' growth so they have the tools and knowledge to deliver exceptional care to our patients every day! 💪

Our West Knoxville Clinic is proud to support Generous House Knoxville, a local charity whose mission is “to show generous love to our greater Knoxville area neighbors by providing the compassionate distribution of food for the sustenance of those who are hungry in our community.”

With the generous support of our wonderful patients, our clinic has raised $291 over the last couple of months to assist the Generous House Knoxville outreach in serving the Knoxville area!

We're excited to share that our Farmington clinic raised $699 over the last three months to support Bright Futures Arkansas! 💙

In August, they added some fun with a "Guess How Many" game featuring a barrel of cheese balls. 🧀

Renee Robinson came out on top with a guess of 960 (the actual count was 976!). Renee won a STAR gift basket that included a cooler, t-shirt, ice pack, and handheld massager. 🎁

Sissy was a wonderful patient who excelled in our LSVT program. She struggled with yard work before starting at STAR, but she has since returned to her garden and even set up a home gym in her garage to maintain what she learned in physical therapy. Her doctor was thrilled with her results from the program, and Sissy says she would highly recommend both the LSVT program and STAR to anyone interested!

This year, we are proud to support The Shelter, Inc. - an incredible organization that provides safety and services to victims of domestic violence. 💪💜
