New River Valley Senior Services

New River Valley Senior Services strives to provide safe and efficient transportation services to the New River Valley Senior Services, Inc.

has been in existence since 1976. Senior Services is the largest transportation provider for the elderly and other special populations in the New River Valley. New River Valley Senior Services provides medical assistance transportation throughout the 4th Planning District. This program is much like a taxi service. NRVSS will pick you up at your home and take you to your doctor appointment. This is a NON-EMERGENCY service. NRVSS does accept Medicaid as a payment source. Special arrangements may be made for ongoing treatments such as dialysis, cancer treatments or other illness which requires a set schedule for treatments.
