Big news, ladies!

Starting Wednesday, Nov 5th, we’re launching our brand new Women’s Only BJJ class led by Coach Chrissy Haake, a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu brown belt with years of experience on the mats! 👊

This class is designed for women of all levels — whether you’re brand new to Jiu Jitsu or looking to sharpen your skills in a supportive, empowering environment. 💪

Wednesdays | 5–6pm
On our first set of mats (while BJJ Fundamentals continues on the second set as usual)

Train, grow, and roll with other strong women in the V7 community! We can’t wait to see you on the mats.

V7 Family, we’ve got exciting news!

Starting Nov 4th, our Wrestling class will now run Tues/Thur from 4–5pm, and we’re bringing on Coach David Darroch — Assistant Coach for WSU Wrestling, college All-American, and lifelong martial artist.

This class is perfect for teens wanting to maintain and sharpen their Wrestling skills, or BJJ and MMA practitioners wanting to take their training to the next level.

We can’t wait to grow this program with our team on and off the mats! 🤼‍♂️

We can't wait to celebrate Halloween with our V7 Youth next week!

Here’s what’s happening:

Wednesday, October 29th:
Our regular BJJ youth classes will be Halloween-themed, filled with fun games and goodie bags for all participants. Kids are welcome to wear their favorite Halloween costumes!

Thursday, October 30th:
We’ll have one special class—Fit Kids from 4–5pm (no Karate class at 5–6pm). This class will also feature Halloween-themed games, activities, and goodie bags.

Friday, October 31st:
NO Youth No Gi BJJ class so families can enjoy trick-or-treating and local Halloween festivities.

Kids are welcome to bring small goodies or treats to share with their classmates.

We hope everyone has a spooky, fun-filled Halloween week!
