May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Did you know that nearly 10% of kids aged 3-17 have anxiety, and it's on the rise. Separation anxiety is one form that is common, especially in toddlers. Dr. Mike Frostad advises that while minor anxiety can be managed by parents, severe cases may need a doctor's help.

Children exhibit stronger fears depending on their age and stages of development. Fears and worries are natural.
