DSHS's Aging and Long-Term Support Administration (ALTSA) launched an ALTSA Caregiver Survey, which began on August 21 and will close on September 30! ALTSA is asking current and former caregivers what it’s like on the job to help make the caregiving experience better for both caregivers and clients.

We need your urgent help to increase participation of former caregivers. The survey results will identify key trends and insights to develop strategies to improve the caregiving experience.

This survey:

Is for current and former caregivers employed by Consumer Direct Care of Washington (CDWA) and Home Care Agency caregivers.

Is anonymous and can be completed by September 30 by clicking on the Caregiver survey link or by using the QR Code below.
Takes 10-15 minutes to complete and can be accessed on a phone, tablet, or laptop.
