Our Story

We are a Family, Veteran owned and operated funeral home with deep roots in our community that started as Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation and after the unexpected loss of Larry Taylor, Eric and Carolyn Johnson purchased the funeral home in July 2019 and are dedicated to continuing Larry’s legacy by serving our community with the utmost integrity and compassion. When Larry first started Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services he wanted to know what the hardest thing most families deal with when a death occurs. The answer was: "Do we arrange the service we want or the service we can afford?" Our commitment is to provide a service that will help the family celebrate, honor, and cherish the life that was lived without having to worry about price. Since we opened in September 2000, we have served hundreds of families and have been voted Best Funeral Directors for 18 years in a row. We have offered the personal touch and flexibility that only a locally owned funeral home can provide.
