The office will be opened Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 10am -1pm. We are following the CDC guidelines and ask that you do the same so we can continue to keep our staff and patients safe. If you have traveled in the past 14 days, had a fever over 100, came in contact with anyone that has the virus or anyone that has traveled within the 14 days we can't see you until the 14 days are up. We are sorry for any inconvenience and hope everyone is staying safe. When calling the office if there is no answer please leave a message so we can return your call. Thank you.

Our Office is Temporarily Closed due to COVID-19



We will be closed starting Wednesday March 25th, and our offices will remain closed in responce to the global coronavirus pandemic. We will plan on re-opening on Monday, April 13th 2020.



Dr. Grace and staff will continue to be available by phone as needed for appointment rescheduling and emergency care management. You may reach us by calling the office at 941-639-1770. If you have an appointment scheduled during the time our office is closed due to COVID-19, we will be calling you to reschedule your appointment. It is because of you that we have such an amazing practice, we appreciate your understanding and support!



To protect your families and ours, we will continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow all Local, State and Federal Government guidelines. We are taking this day by day and will make any necessary updates or changes as instructed. If changes are made we will contact you by phone or email. Please feel free to leave messages on our voicemail if you have questions or concerns, messages will be checked every business day.
