Check out this easy meal prep recipe by our brand ambassador, Lynn!

Needed this!! Meal prepped both lunch and dinner this week! This week is going to be a crazy, hectic week with all the Kentucky Derby Festival events happening. Staying on track with food can make or break the dresses that will be worn all this week!

RECIPE: Overnight Oats
-Chia seeds (1spoonful)
- Water
- Almond milk
- Two fruits
- Organic Greek Yogurt
- FATSBAR or cacao nibs (optional)
- Honey (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
- 1 spoonful of chia seeds, and 1/3 cup water with a splash of chocolate or vanilla almond milk
- Stir occasionally for the first 10 minutes
- Lets sit overnight (The chia seeds will soak up the moisture and plump up making a pudding texture)
- Add fruit of your choice
- Top with a spoonful of organic greek yogurt
- Add pieces of FATSBAR or caco nibs for healthy, chocolatey goodness
