Congratulations to everyone who completed Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training in Punxsutawney! We were honored to co-facilitate this training with Punxsutawney Hospital Staff and spend time with such an engaged group.

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches people how to recognize the signs of a mental health challenge or substance use challenge, offer initial support, and connect someone to appropriate care. It’s practical, hands on training that helps build more informed, compassionate, and resilient communities.

Thank you to all who showed up, participated, and invested in these important skills.

Together, we honored the incredible generosity of organ, eye, and tissue donors, celebrated the lives saved, and recognized the ongoing need for awareness.
