✨ A Gentle Beginning to the New Year ✨

I hope this new year has met you kindly so far. If you’ve set resolutions, I hope you not only meet them—but surprise yourself by how much you grow beyond them. 🤍

This year, I’ve chosen something different. Instead of resolutions, I’m giving myself permission to continue my healing journey with trust and openness, allowing it to unfold exactly as it’s meant to. Growth doesn’t always need a checklist—sometimes it just needs space.

With that in mind, I’m happy to share a small but meaningful update to the shop hours. Starting Wednesday January 14th the shop will be open:

🌿 Wednesdays: 5–7 pm
🌿 Saturdays: 9 am–3 pm

WIth the ex*****on of Saturday January 17th- the shop will be CLOSED that day due to a previous commitment!

These hours are an invitation—to slow down, stop in, browse some new products, connect, and take a moment for yourself. Thank you for being here, for supporting this space, and for walking alongside me in this season.

I used to think that the songs that lived rent-free inside my head or because of my ADHD. Now I’m starting to think they’re there for a reason. Call me Crazy, that’s OK lol.

This morning, on my way to work a rabbit ran across the road in front of me and I instantly heard Shinedown. “Her name is Alice”

I ran to Apple Music as quick as I could, and when I pushed play, I had goosebumps. Specifically through the first verse I’m not sure if this song was meant for me today or for someone else ✨🐦‍⬛

🎄Good morning!! As we move into the last few weeks of the year I’ve decided to take a small break to enjoy the holidays and Christmas break with my family!

🖤 Shop will be closed starting 12/22/25 and will reopen 1/12/2026! Reiki sessions will also be closed during this time and I am looking for working to with you in the new year!

🎶 Happy Wednesday! Tis the season for school events! Due to my daughter’s choir concert this evening I will be closed so I can enjoy watching her perform! Hope you all have a wonderful day!

🖤 If I’m being honest with you- this day was AWFUL. If it could go wrong, you bet it did.

✨ I had been looking forward to this Reiki session for a week, but after my morning I was feeling so overwhelmed I was worried I wouldn’t be able to provide the type of experience I wanted to give her.

🐦‍⬛ Turns out it was better than I had hoped! Seems like I needed this session just as much as she did!

Looking forward to the next one!!
