Shea brings over a decade of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner, along with 10 years of prior ER nursing experience. She practiced in a family medicine setting treating all ages from newborn to geriatrics for 6 years prior to opening her own space 5 years ago.

“6-7 years ago, I started diving deeper into wellness—and it completely changed the way I practice medicine.

I went into founding Inspire Wellness Clinic & Med Spa to be able to help people feel and look their best!

I realized that true health isn’t just about treating symptoms. It’s about understanding the why behind how we feel, age, gain weight, lose energy, and experience hormonal shifts. That’s where longevity medicine, hormones, and peptides come in—and why they’ve become my passion.
