The Calm Voice in the Storm: Celebrating NPSTW 2026! 🎧
This week, the Loudoun Career Fire Fighters Association-Local 3756 is proud to join the rest of the nation in celebrating National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week.
While they are often the voices you never see, our dispatchers and call-takers are the first first responders on the scene. They are the lifeline for our community and the steady hand on the radio for our crews in the field.
From the frantic 911 calls to the routine radio traffic, they process chaos into coordination with professionalism, empathy, and speed.
Why We Celebrate Our Dispatchers:
* The Unseen Heroes: They manage high-stress situations 24/7/365, ensuring help gets exactly where it needs to be.
* The Lifeline: They provide life-saving instructions over the phone before our units even arrive.
* The Backbone: Our operations wouldn't be possible without their dedication and precision.
To our brothers and sisters behind the headset: We see you, we hear you, and we thank you. Local 3756 is honored to work alongside you every single shift.
