📣 Virtual Class Schedule Update Beginning March 1st
We’re making a small adjustment to our Virtual Class Schedule to continue providing consistent, high-quality programming with Chuck.
Starting March 1st, virtual classes will be offered 4 days per week:
✅ Mondays & Fridays – Full Body Stretch
✅ Wednesdays & Saturdays – Low Impact Strength
These classes are designed to support mobility, strength, balance, and safe movement from the comfort of home.
💻 In addition, our Virtual Membership will now be reduced to $50/month to reflect the updated schedule.
We appreciate your understanding and continued commitment to staying active with us — and we look forward to continuing to move together virtually!
