4 girls. One didn’t want to be in the picture.

I saw the mom during 3 pregnancies. I adjusted the kids shortly after birth. Just saw the new baby yesterday.

Sometimes patients move away, and you don’t see them often, but they still return. Or stop by when they are in the area

Yes, I take care of pregnant women and babies. One of my favorite people to see.

What is the Children's Clinic aka Kids Day???

This is 2 days per month that children under HS age can get FREE chiropractic care!! Started in 2011 ish. It's been a while so hard to remember exactly when it started. Insurances were changing, benefits were changing, and kids didn't always get good coverage. Thus, 2 clinics per month for 14 or so years!!

I received chiropractic care as a kid, and it changed the course of my life. It's my way of giving back and allowing kids to receive chiropractic care.

I still see kids on non Kids Days, more kids than I see during the Children's Clinics. Either way, kids are receiving chiropractic care and using less interventions, including drugs/medications.

So...what a great opportunity to introduce your kids or family to chiropractic care. Wonder what I do? Check out my YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/

Regular hours today: 9am-12:30pm and 3pm-6pm.

And yes, adults and high school students can also receive chiropractic care on these days.

I have always been a fan of ice.

So why not just laying in the snow?

It’s still around, so take advantage

I have always been more of a fan of ice and heat.

And if you live in Virginia, we still have ice and snow on the ground. So you don’t have to go far to ice your back.

However… I would suggest you find an area of clean snow ❄️❄️🥶🥶😳😳

But today it should be over 32 so it will not be bad to lay in the snow.
