Years ago, we started doing letters to Santa.

This turned into more than just kids leaving letters, but also adults.

The adults would leave the letters of family or healthing or even just what they were thankful for.

So no matter if you’re an adult or child, you could always leave a letter to Santa

Some tips when shoveling. Start warming up your body tonight.

1. Warm up before going outside.
2. Hydrate. Drink water before shoveling.
3. Push the snow, don't twist the spine.
4. Use your knees, not your back.
5. See your chiropractor afterwards :) :)

I know it's a weird post before Christmas and holidays, but it's still important to maintain or better your health.

Movement and good nutrition is the key for optimal function.

It is chilly and it might be icy and snowy soon. It's a great time to think about what to eat and how to move in the cold, frigid weather.
