We’re thrilled to introduce The Eaterie: a Mobile Farm-to-Fork Kitchen!

Rooted right here in Paris, VA, The Eaterie celebrates farm fresh fare with Ovoka F1 Wagyu Beef + locally-sourced ingredients in elevated handhelds & fresh bowls you can enjoy onsite at Liberty Farm; or bring the farm to your own table with Take & Bake meals by Chef Ellie!

While we aren’t open for full service just yet, you’ll have the chance to taste our menu at pop-ups and events this fall! Up first:

Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master and certified Spinal Reflex Therapist; Joshua’s style incorporates Deep Tissue, gentle Trigger Point Therapy, Autogenic Inhibition, Meridians, Reflexology, Swedish and Thai techniques.

His signature 2.5 to 3-hour massage experience is designed to be more than just a massage — it’s time set aside for full-body renewal. With calming music, soothing aromas, and unique body oils, every detail is chosen to help you feel revitalized and restored.

Layers of tension melt away as the body softens gradually over several hours. Give yourself three hours dedicated solely to your healing and renewal — an experience designed to create space for transformation, not just relaxation.

Jess is a seasoned, highly trained, licensed massage therapist whose practice blends modern therapeutic techniques with ancient wisdom. With a foundation in Traditional Chinese martial arts and a background in veterinary medicine, he brings a unique, holistic perspective to bodywork. A constant student, Jess has invested deeply in learning about the nervous system and relevant modalities including Neuro Muscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and Polyvagal Therapy. He also has 21 years of experience in Taoist energy work, integrating these principles to promote balance, resilience, and deep relaxation for his clients.
