Laura is a Licensed Massage Therapist through the Virginia Nursing Board. Laura is Currently Going through an Advanced My skel

etal Techniques course she is working toward her Certification in this Modality. She is also working toward her certification in Sports and Digestive Nutrition. Through deep tissue and Swedish massage, Laura can relieve the effects of stress, chronic pain, headaches, repetitive motion syndromes and tendonitis. As a Chronic Lyme Disease Survivor she is particularly sensitive to the needs and stresses of others. Laura will be happy to book a session with you to work toward your goals for stress reduction, relation or any health issues or physical concerns that you may have.
