Each class is unique, and a little different, with the common thread of honoring your own practice. Last night's practice was truly indulgent! Each yogi really settled into each pose for extended periods of breath, and it was amazing! So honored to be surrounded by amazing humans choosing to share their journey with me!

Fun fact: I am not a teacher that plans or themes my classes. Every single class, kids included, is a clean slate! Teaching yoga is my opportunity to serve the community. I will do whatever I can to support your individual practice with our time together!
