Yoga for Nervous System Regulation ☮️✨
Come join Julie next week on Wednesday, January 21st (5-6:30pm) for an special yoga class focused around nervous system regulation, where you will leave feeling closer to yourself, centered, and deeply rejuvenated.
The first half of class will start with intentional, therapeutic movements and stretching, alongside focusing on the breath. The second half of class will include relaxing into restorative postures with hands on support for those who would like it, ending with a yoga nidra meditation during savasana.
The extended time within this class gives space for a beautiful, well rounded practice that incorporates movement to help loosen up the breath, body, and energy, while also giving ample time to allow the body and mind to down regulate and rest. It is recommended to clear your schedule and have no big plans after class, so you may let this practice continue to do it’s magic for you through the rest of the night!
