Yoga for Pelvic Floor Health Workshop 🌷✨ Come join Cherish on Sunday, April 26th (12-2pm) for a women's workshop centered around pelvic floor health and learn techniques for strengthening, lengthening and bringing awareness to your pelvic floor.

This trauma-informed workshop is thoughtfully designed to support women who are in the midst of postpartum recovery, experiencing core weakness, pelvic instability, or bladder concerns.

You'll be guided through restorative yoga postures designed to both strengthen and release the pelvic floor. Special attention will be given to rebuilding the connection between the breath, core, and pelvic floor — supporting functional strength, healing, and improved daily movement patterns.

Come join us on Wednesday, 4/1 at 4pm for Baby & Me Pilates! 🍼✨ This 30-minute class will be centered around rebuilding core strength! Spend time reconnecting with your body through intentional movement and controlled breathing.

Bring a play mat for baby so they can practice tummy time or crawling while you move! We’ll practice using baby as a natural weight for some exercises, too!

New Baby & Me classes have been added to the schedule! 🐣✨ We’re experimenting with some new class times to better support both stay-at-home moms and working moms.

These gentle classes are designed for moms and babies from newborn through 18 months, offering a relaxed space to move, breathe, connect with your baby, and meet other moms in the community.

Because these are test pop-up classes, we would truly love your input.

If you’re a mom with a baby in this age range and would like to participate in future classes, please help us by completing our survey!

Your feedback on class times, days, and what would work best for your schedule would be incredibly helpful as we begin to shape this program.
