The holidays always seem to sneak up on me. I can’t believe we’re just a few days away from Christmas!

And even more exciting, January 1st marks IC Optics’ official one-year anniversary! With the New Year comes new changes, and IC Optics will be starting the year as Studio 20/20.

Below are my hours for the end of December. I’ll still be available by phone during my time off and can come into the office on an as-needed basis.

✨Exciting news for IC Optics and Putnam! ✨

Owning IC Optics carried so many emotions in the beginning, and if you ever stopped in or chatted with me, you know just how hard that first month was for me emotionally. But as the year went on, it grew into something truly wonderful and an experience I’ll always be grateful for.

As things evolved, I knew I wanted IC Optics to stay right here in Putnam, and I began brainstorming how to make that possible in a way that supported growth. I also knew I needed a brand that could offer a wider range of products and a fresh direction while keeping the same quality of care you’ve always received.

Insert the collaboration with Studio 20/20. ❤️
Bringing Erica and I strengths together allows both locations to offer more options, more support, and an even better experience for our patients, all while keeping the heart of what IC Optics has always been.

I’m excited to share that IC Optics will now be known as Studio 20/20. Same heart. Same dedication. And yes — I will still be right here at this location, taking care of you just as always.

One year ago, I received the keys to IC Optics’ new home. Only a handful of people knew this leap was coming, and looking back, I’m so grateful I took it. Thank you to every client who stuck with me and to the new faces who discovered IC Optics this year. You’ve made this first year unforgettable. ✨🤍

December ends up being the month where I surprise everyone with something special. I can’t wait to share what 2026 has in store for this little optical shop in Putnam, CT.

It’s been a little while since my last post, I’ve definitely dropped the social media ball!
But for good reason… I’ve been busy meeting wonderful clients and creating great glasses! 🤓

🦃 November 26–30: Closed for the Thanksgiving holiday to spend time with family
