We are here for you this holiday week, starting with our Wednesday Evening Yoga Flow, tonight from 6:30-7:30PM ET! This gentle class features mindful movement and soothing breath work, designed to help you peacefully unwind, mid-week. 🪷
This Friday morning's class has a special theme: Independence Day Yoga: A Practice of Freedom, Unity & Strength
Join us this July 4th from 9-10AM ET for a special yoga class centered on inner freedom, collective unity, and grounded peace. Through mindful movement, breath work, and intention, we’ll explore what it means to move freely --in our bodies, in our thoughts, and in our lives.
This dynamic class includes the optional use of light hand weights during part of the flow to build strength, resilience, and personal power. All levels are welcome, and modifications will be offered throughout. Come as you are, and leave feeling more centered, strong, and resilient. 💪
On Saturday, we have our 9AM Morning Flow class. This energizing flow is another excellent way to start your weekend, cultivating flexibility and vitality in a gentle way, which honors your body's wisdom. ☀️
