Happy Sunday!! Today at Omni Yoga I met Dada Shiilabhadrananda, a World-Renowned Educator of Wellness Specializing in: Raja Yoga, Ta**ra Yoga, Classical Hatha Yoga, Natural Yoga Therapy, Biopsychology, and Meditation. He has been a Yoga Acharya since 1977 in India. Awesome! Want to thank Virginia and staff for the opportunity to teach at this wonderful studio.

Brittany, one of our Aerial teachers (though she does way more than that!) joined Omni in April and we have been overjoyed to have her here!

Brittany's bright smile lights up the studio and she is so much fun to connect with. 🥰

Thank you for bringing your sparkles, sound, and perspective to Omni, Brittany!✨️

Have you taken a class with her yet? She teaches Aerial Vinyasa and Yin on Tuesday evenings, but you might also see her teaching Aerial Fusion, Vinyasa, or a sound bath workshop every now and then! 💫🌈
