SoftWave Story ✨💥

Our PTA, Aubrie, recently experienced a serious knee injury that required stitches, making it very painful and difficult for her to walk or bend her leg.

With SoftWave therapy, we were able to support her healing process—even over the stitched area, as shown. This treatment helps promote tissue repair, reduce inflammation, and accelerate recovery—helping her get back to normal life sooner. When I came to RFPT I was suffering from vertigo, neck discomfort and back difficulties due to multiple work injuries. We worked through many treatments, exercises and had wonderful conversations! Now my neck is doing great and vertigo is gone! I expect my back discomfort to continue improving with the exercises and strengthening at home. I love RFPT and all the amazing people who work here, So Thankful!

💵 Pay Range: $17.92-$19.00 with a bonus structure

🕒 Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–close (around 7 PM)
Must be willing to cover morning shifts when needed

✅ Requirements:

18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service & communication skills
Comfortable scheduling patients (in person & phone)
Comfortable taking payments
Good organizational & multitasking skills
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Computer skills; Microsoft 365 knowledge
Medical office experience preferred
