Rainier Family Physical Therapy is looking for a friendly, reliable Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!

💵 Pay Range: $17.92-$19.00 with a bonus structure

🕒 Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–close (around 7 PM)
Must be willing to cover morning shifts when needed

✅ Requirements:

18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service & communication skills
Comfortable scheduling patients (in person & phone)
Comfortable taking payments
Good organizational & multitasking skills
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Computer skills; Microsoft 365 knowledge
Medical office experience preferred

I came in not even realizing how much chronic tension in my chest, neck, and back. It was affecting my daily life. It was like my body was stuck in stress mode 24/7 but little by little through PT all those years of tension started to unwind. I’m leaving with more awareness and sense of control over my own body again. This has been life changing in ways I never expected. Thank you Rainier Family PT.

I was experiencing intense back pain from a motor vehicle accident. I got referred to rainier family because my pain was getting worse and my MD decided to move towards physical therapy. I quickly noticed results and am finally feeling like myself again. I have some pains that are unrelated from years ago and I WILL be coming back to Rainier Family to get it resolved. They are amazing people and pros at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone.
