There’s a story I always love to share because it really shows Kylie’s true colors. This One time at volleyball camp we were driving to or from Western Washington University, sitting next to each other on the van ride. Kylie had a bar of chocolate that she was generously sharing with me. Eventually it came down to the very last piece, and without hesitation Kylie handed it to me.
I remember being shocked. I mean… you can tell food is my love language. But that moment has always stuck with me because it perfectly reflects the kind of person Kylie is. She shows kindness in the smallest moments, without even thinking twice.
Over the last 20 years, Kylie and I have shared countless memories that have truly intertwined our hearts.
In 2013 we completed our first 200-hour yoga training together. Kylie actually got me a job teaching with her at Competitive Edge, which was our very first teaching gig.
Since then, over the past 13 years, we’ve both taken & taught countless classes with eachother and to each other, fallen even more in love with the yoga community, met our spouses, and truly grown up together.
I am so grateful for all the special memories we’ve shared.
Thank you for the love you’ve poured into this community and into my life. Sol Health is brighter because of you, and I know wherever you go next, you’ll continue to share that same light.
