We have some new faces on here so here is a little back story of sol health 🔥🥶

-we opened up a non-profit organization in 2023 to help to financially support students’ practices
-My daughter, Magnolia, was born in 2022
-our first 200 hour class is graduating in March 2025
-we are hoping to do our first ever local retreat this year
