We're SO EXCITED to announce our 100th class on The Well Online Classes! Here's how you can celebrate with us:
- Help us meet our goal of 200 group members by inviting a friend to join us and have free access to our library of nearly 100 yoga classes at The Well Online Classes
- All this weekend we'll be celebrating our fabulous teachers. Pop over to The Well Online Classes and post a shout out to someone who has blessed you over the last three months.
- Join us Monday morning at 7:30am live for our 100th class - Yin with Hope and Friends. There will be guest teachers and lots of fun to celebrate this milestone.

Christy's chair yoga class tomorrow will be getting up off of their seat! So if you'd like to participate in standing exercise, please be sure to have a mat handy. There will be alternate instruction for staying in your chair during the flow and everyone is welcome to join in balance practice with or without a mat.
