🎉📣🎉Kirk’s Pharmacy NOW HAS “Rapid Antigen Covid tests”

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THIS TYPE OF TEST:
* This is NOT a “PCR” test (so typically NOT recommended by most airlines for travel…it IS however, best used for getting test results back quickly…to get your child back into school-please check with YOUR school… to get back to work, getting into a sporting event or concert or restaurant, etc.)
* RESULTS in 15 minutes!
* MUST use a “SMART PHONE” (the company we are using requires the smart phone platform for booking appointments, payments and result notifications… a computer will NOT work and booking in person will NOT work…)
* After your appointment is booked (again, only through your smart phone: access our Kirk’s Pharmacy website…use the Covid testing tab) go to the location you chose, park in the allocated spot and CALL FROM YOUR CAR

TODAY Saturday January 16th 9:00am-3:00pm
*no appointment necessary
*please have forms available on our website (kirkspharmacy.com) pre-filled out and insurance info with you
*must have proof (ie: first responder work badge, etc) you qualify for “PHASE 1A” (please be aware... it was reported on the news last night that this clinic was for “anyone” which unfortunately is not the case...)
👉WE DO HAVE A “PHASE FINDER” ON OUR WEBSITE ANYONE CAN ACCESS AT ANYTIME TO DETERMINE WHICH PHASE YOU QUALIFY FOR, as well as up to date information as the Department of Health moves through the phases! THANK YOU!

🎉Kirk’s Pharmacy (EATONVILLE location) is seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our staff🎉Under the supervision of the pharmacist, you will answer phones, gather contact and insurance information from patients, verify insurance coverage, and fill prescriptions. When patients pick up their prescriptions, you will take payments and ensure they receive the correct medications. You will also help keep track of inventory and restock shelves. We prefer candidates who have at least two years of retail pharmacy experience.

💥Pharmacy Technician Duties and Responsibilities:
-Greet customers and gather contact and insurance information

-Answer questions regarding medications or general pharmacy products

-Receive, validate, and process prescription orders

-Speak to doctors and insurance agencies to resolve prescription cost discrepancies

-Select, measure, and label appropriate prescriptions for patients

-Monitor medication inventory

-Perform administrative duties such as answering calls and voicemails

-Comply with all safety and security regulations

💥Pharmacy Technician Requirements and Qualifications:
-Completion of a pharmacy technician certificate program or associate degree

-2+ years of retail pharmacy experience

-Familiarity with pharmacy law and medical terminology

-Excellent customer service and communication skills
