On April 22nd, residents from The Rivers at Puyallup enjoyed an exciting and educational outing to the Paul H. Karshner Memorial Museum—and what a meaningful experience it was!
From the moment they arrived, everyone was immersed in a rich journey through local history, exploring fascinating artifacts and stories that brought the past to life. The museum’s roots, founded in 1930 as a heartfelt memorial, added a deeper layer of appreciation to the visit. Residents had the chance to engage with exhibits that highlight culture, art, and history, all while learning how these elements shape our community today.
This wasn’t just a tour—it was a hands-on learning experience that sparked curiosity, encouraged conversation, and celebrated the importance of preserving history for future generations. It was wonderful to see residents so engaged, asking questions, and connecting with the stories behind each display.
A day full of discovery, reflection, and shared memories—definitely one for the books!
