6 days is TOO MUCH. I can’t do it anymore 🙏🏻🤍

I will have a huge focus on events this year. Meaning, there will be less availability for weekends on those dates. Please plan ahead for your own wellness, and if you have a special request, please ask and I’ll see if I can accommodate! :)

I will also be taking a monthly break to recharge and do my own energy clearings to better serve you. Thanks for understanding!

It’s… GONE??

I’ve noticed a huge subtlety in the results of this work. Even in myself.

You don’t notice the triggers being gone until it hits you in the face with what WOULDVE triggered you before and you simple feel… indifferent, or maybe slightly irritable.

Songs that once brought up intense memories can just be songs again. Enjoyed in a new way.

The buzzing in the ears description came to me after much struggle in trying to describe how different this work is; a lot of people feel better, but they can’t put their finger on why. They just do.

It’s because the buzzing got a little bit quieter. Acceptance, peace, and clarity are no longer being held hostage by the intense prison of a broken record response in your nervous system.

The memories never go away, but you can be free of the reactivity you once had to very sensitive topics, and behaviors that you couldn’t explain. (And sometimes physical ailments or pains)
