if you've been sitting with this one, now's the time to move. segment III begins march 28th — and this is the segment that gets into the work most teachers are actually hungry for: how yoga supports the nervous system, how to teach for real-life stress, pain, and imbalance, and how to do it all with clarity and confidence.

you don't need to complete segments in order. you have up to three years to finish the full 300 hours. and you're welcome here whether you trained with us or somewhere else entirely.

this is for the teacher who knows there's more — and is ready to go get it.

Moondog Yoga is a warm, welcoming yoga studio in the heart of Quakertown, focusing on holistic health. To that end, we offer a variety of yoga classes rooted in the Himalayan tradition, as well as specialty fitness and therapeutic body work (massage, acupuncture and chiropractic are).

Additionally, we are proud to partner with the Himalayan Institute offering a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and Ayurveda YogaSpecialist certification. We are also a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider). Our workshops when designated provide continuing education requirements for RYT's. At Moondog, we are your welcome retreat from the demands of a busy modern life.
