Consuming high amount of calcium from dairy products increases the risk of prostate cancer. Calcium from plant sources have not been linked to health issues. Get your calcium from natural plant-based foods rather than from dairy. Human does NOT need to drink cow's milk to get calcium and vitamin D. Cow's milk is for baby cows.
